Where to mount a gas pedal on a wheel horse

yeah, with such a small foot pad it might be hard to locate a gas pedal. if i were you i would make the footpad a little bigger on both sides with some sheetsteel, and then just ad a gas pedal

well you could make another foot pad for it

You could weld a tube to the back like I did. Make the tube as high as you need to put the pedal where you want it.

My problem with mounting the gas pedal is that mine has a clutch pedal and a brake pedal on either side, although I haven't gotten that far in my build.

Have you considered mounting it through the side of the tunnel? I don’t know if that would work what with the belt but it might be worth a look see.

Edit: or mount it underneath and have it come around to the top in a U shape maybe, and if needed you could trim down the width of brake pedal and put it beside it. What model do you have? I’ll ponder this for you if you want.

I appreciate it you guys. Unfortunately everything is very extensively damaged. I'll update my build post showing it. I don't want to hijack this thread.
