plans are

custom stacks

transaxle locking

pulley swap

bodey painting

better tires

and new hood or modding the old one fu*** fiberglass...

and i am tinking of putting some kind of car alternator on it but i dont think that it is a really good idea since this thing is gonna be running in deep mud so yeah probably not.

Cool a Jacobson! What axle? Hood wise you could just put a really good brush guard and hope for the best, that's what I would do at least. For tires it looks like it has a 3/4" but it maybe a 801 which I would be comfortable putting 24s nothing more, cause its a 800 series, if it aint, then I would go with 22s. Pulley swap go 5 to 5 or 6 to 6.

nice! I do not belive that it is a 820, because of the H pattern shift. it looks to be a 4 speed, so it may be a gt axle.

What type tires are you planning to put on this? And the model # should be on the fenders under the seat, or sometimes its a badge on the side of the frame...

Indeed, indeed. I have an '87 Deutz-Allis 613 Hydro in my garage that has a 12.5 opposed on it. My project mower, an '80 or '81 Allis-Chalmers 616 Special is the same mower mechanically with the exception of the transaxles. The Allis Chalmers had a 5 speed 801 peerless and a 16 hp Opposed. However, they are both 40 CID motors, so I imagine the carbs are all that is really different? I really haven't looked through my manuals enough to know for sure though.

The carb and the intake manifold is what I'd guess would be different...
