| MIG/MAG welding is not the same thing, it is however the same machine but with different gas/wire Mig is for aluminium and mag for normal steel. The trailer dumps by hand, because i dont want to spenderen to much money on it, im saving for a wheel horse | |

No it is the same! MIG is the most common welding terminology in the world. - for sheetmetal and so on. Originally developed for welding aluminum! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gas_metal_arc_weldingSame shiz, different names.

Same shiz, different names. I Said it wrong, the only difference is the gas, atleast thats what it says on dutch wiki, my colegue (welder) also says the only difference is the gas.

| this morning i had to repair my bike, it had electric issues and the rear brake didnt work properly. this took a lot of time so i just had 3 hours to work on the trailer today . here i made a guide piece that guides the bed onto the lower section (it might look like i welded it on the lower frame and the bed but i welded a bented, small piece of sheet metal in to make it have less play and the pic is upsidedown) and here is the part that is suposed to prevent the trailer from tipping to far (without this piece i can tip it 180 degrees ) up: and down: thats how far i got today, im not sure if ill be doing an other update tomorrow | |

| Subject: **UPDATE** May 17th 2014, 4:22 pm | |
| today i got to work aigan on the trailer for the first time after my exams, so i first got to the rest of the sideboard frames: to open up the back end of the trailer i decided to use a piece of wood that will slide between the left and righ sideboards (its easyer to understand when seeing the image) to prevent the trailer from tipping unnecesseraly i made this mechanism that will lock it: unless i pull the lever: my complete progress: thats how far i got today, i think i only have to paint the frame and saw out some wood plates that will fit in the bottom/sides. im not sure if i have any paint at the moment, but if i do i will paint it tomorrow. if not i will paint it monday. so tomorrow or monday or maybe both another update. | |
