I was looking for the old ag look tires too, but then I saw redneckcomputergeek had them and they seemed to be workin well for him so i decided to get them.

Got my front tires mounted on! Had to use a copper pipe for bushing which had worked out great! Did a little romp around the house to test them out, video up on YouTube in a bit.

I got my font bumper mostly welded up! Its my first time welding so they're not pretty welds. I'm gonna add some angle iron to the sides to give it a cooler look, tell me what you think!

thats a tough looking bumper...but to add onto your copper bushings. I did the same exact thing and it works great. you will find that the copper is ground down over time. youll notice copper dust collecting on your wheels. ive change the copper on mine a few times already. but this is a cool looking tractor so far

Thanks man, Im having the copper bushings in there till I can get the right size steel pipe to replace it.

Finally got my 18 hp opposed Briggs to be able to idle low! I've been adjusting the throttle cable which didn't help, then I saw the low idle screw which solved the problem. I have also painted the exhaust and added elbows at the end to give it a cool look. Video up soon!

It's been a while but I have got the front bumper all finished and painted up. The next job is welding up the rear bumper. Just sold my first mower I restored, got $450 so im looking for some ideas.

anything and anything man, better rear tires, frame bracing, different steering, or experiment with new things, like suspension and drivetrain.

I have to now untill I can get something else, just can't do sharp left turns or the front tires run into the deck.

What have you been doing with the Deere? You must have some snow by now?

I am actually building a snow plow with a electric hydraulic pump. I'll try and post pics in a bit.

This is the hydraulic pump (bidirectional) im using. It's originally for a outboard engine to go up and down. I'm going to use it for my plow to go up and down. So it's basically a brand new $600 pump.

Nice! Maybe I should copy your design. I have the same plow and frame. Never thought about putting a plow on it.

Yeah it's hard to attach stuff to the frame the way it's set up. It's not like everyone else's that have rectangular frames.
