| Thanks, I think I'm going to get some 5.70 x 8 trailer tires which have a higher sidewall than the ones on it now. I think the stock ones are 4 something by 8. | |

| One rim sand blasted and painted. The next one isn't quite as bad. Two new tires for the front. New ones are a little taller. Couldn't find any good matching used ones any where. Sidewalls are pretty heavy duty, I plan on running them tubeless. | |

| Do you plan on lockin the rear may cause some steering problems with the slick tires. But love the build tho. Really like the light bar | |

| I was going to lock the rear, but I think I'll end up doing some of that stuff after the build off. Getting down to the wire and I'm almost bored of messing around. Once it's all painted up though and running, then I'll have the ambition to get back to it. Another idea would be to have a whole second trans ready to bolt in. I could have one locked and one unlocked. I have another rolling frame that I could use. Then you'd have various options for different terrain. | |

| I got a couple tubes today and fixed up the one that I had painted. Much bigger than the original size. Looks good with how high the hood and everything is. More proportional to the rear tires I think. I'll have to get a picture. I'm not sure about the hood scoop, something to think about though. | |

| On four wheels, dash bolted in. Yep, like I said...dash. Ok, now those new front wheels are a lot bigger, lets see if they clear everything. Otherwise, more stupid junk making stops... And... Oh yeah baby, just makes it. Not planned out or nothin, perfect. Nifty VW badge maybe? Tail light brackets from ford explorer window regulator parts. And lastly, tired of always having sticks ripping on the wiring on stuff. So this time, I'm running the wires through some pipes in the critical areas. Check the nifty split so mud and water doesn't lay in there when your hosing off your machine. | |

| Thanks, No idea if the brakes work. I didn't try them yet. Should be ok, they were supposed to be good parts when I took them off the cars. Like my old man always says, "who needs brakes to go fast?" So I guess I've got more or less two good weekends to finish this thing. Never got a drive belt and I didn't get a clutch spring back on it yet either since the other one just snapped. Guess it was kind of tight anyway. Maybe I'll buy some switches tommorrow and then mount them in the dash so I can wire this thing up. It's gonna be close fellers... Gotta pick out what horn I'm gonna use too, out of my box of car horns that I saved for just such an occation. Need 3 toggle switches and 2 bush button switches. Ignition, 2 headlights and tail light, the other 2 headlights, starter, horn. Oh, and the test drive, no clue. I kind of wish I could just paint it. | |

| Alright well, you've got yer dash there with some switches in it. Got yer horn switch top left, then you got a couple headlight switches, an ignition switch and a starter button over on the right. And look, turns out the stock air cleaner does fit under the hood. I did end up having to shorten the threaded rod for it a little and use a regular nut vs the wing nut. Got a drive belt and got the brakes going too. Went for a test drive that ended 6 feet later. Now the briggs doesn't seem to have spark. Tis but a minor set back... | |
