had snow coming since early december, melts almost gone then BAM 4 inches lol

Nice engine. Who doesn't like those old cast iron engines? Maybe not carrying one back from a swap meet, but once it's bolted onto something...

Got the engine cleaned up Now i just need to wait for it to warm up alittle and then paint it.

Seen lotsa care going into paint, what MODS are you doin? Not criticizing, just aint sure where you are going with it besides a restore project

I'm not sure what mods i'm going to do to it. I think im going to keep everything original and see how it does and Modify it to improve what i dont like. And the reason i'm not modifying it is because it might not need any. Im going to do a carb rebuild. I might modify it to run on jet fuel or alcohol. I might bore it out give it a little more hp. But i'm not going to do it yet because it might not need those things it might be good the way it is.

But i dont want to make it so powerful that i break parts because this motor is expensive and all the parts aren't cheap.

Got the engine Painted. Have to buy another can and touch up a few spots.

Started Painting some things yellow.

You painted it that color ON PURPOSE?
