Hey thunder, what materials did you use for your steering? It looks really tough
Hi, what parts are you refeering too, -The bolts are 5/8", The center bolt with the wheel bearing hub is 3/4" all from BMIKarts.com, those "clamps" I used to bolt it to the frame is front wheel spindle U-beams that I cut, those are beefy as well, almost 1/4" thick. The steering linkage is 8mm from Ebay.co.uk
I love how MFG provide info what bearing to fit this and that, even on the rims they say what tires fit and so on, but eeesh this thing was expensive, -I bought this for the Craftsman but never get to use it, might just use a http://www.bmikarts.com/Spindle-Barrel_p_2309.html Instead. Since I will need to modify the "lip" anywho.

Dude you should put like a Turbocharger or a Supercharger on it!
Only one?
One for each cylinder?!?!
Haha, and no. Won't be spending that amount of cash on this. - And I doubt i'll ever find two used small turbo's here.
You can make something like J* tried to with the vacuum cleaner guts.
Nah It don't work, he never finnished it lol - I did that on tiny Radio controlled nitro motors before, that worked better. - Easier to fine-tune, with such modifications.
Even after changing air filter "type", you're supposed to adjust the needles on an engine. Like not service change, but say to a K&N type filter.

Well im not gonna claim it has no effect what so ever, but it's always a balance. To me it's not just worth the time and effort.
I think 20HP will be more than enough for this lill thing

Next! - I did a mock up of the brake caliper, IT BARELY FITS! Lucky I guess, It will still be a tight squeeze. Soooo, I need to fab some seat and brake mounts from square tubing, will do that out of one size smaller than the frame fab.
Also the final piece in the front of the steering system linkage. Decided to just use the MFG wheel hub, but grinded the paint and the disc off, I will add the one you can see on the paper.
More to come...

CAD Sketches for a Mini clutch to a mini JD 210, I know I said im gonna keep this simple, but it still is... It will still be setup with the automatic clutch, but im also making a normal double clutch setup to have just in case.
Here's the design around 3-1/16"th Pulley Idler's.
How it started forming....
And the Hood & Grill mount and last but not least a front stiffener. - I Haven't decided to use this or not. But it's good practise to learn some CAD skillz
