Nikki carb wont stop flooding.

I have a nikki carb with the solenoid that wont stop flooding ive cleaned it a couple of times. But to tell you the truth this is the first nikki carb ive tried to use. I can fix a walbro but this one has me stumped. 

Oh and it floods when you put the gas in the tank/ not while its running.

so the needle is not seating for some reason. Float stuck, leaking, needle stuck?

i have a bad electric shutoff. and had to replace the float needle on my nikki carb and now it works fine so maybe try that

I think i may have fixed it. For now anyway. These nikkis are really picky.
