hi my name is jr im new to this site im in process of building a ford lt8 racing tractor never done it but iv ordered a 6 inch pully for front and 2.25 for back any advise would be nice but i will post how it turns out when im done thanks

Dude, welcome to the forums. I'm a Ford nut too. I have a 77 lgt100 with the 3 pt hitch, and a 73 lt75 with a deck and snowblade..

I really wish you wouldn't cut it up. They are rare up here.

But, it is your tractor, and it is a tough little bitch.

My LT75 pops the wheels in all gears, at a moderate engine speed, does a dam fine job of mowing too. all with stock gearing.

Welcome this site is awesome to find ideas and see what works for others and what don't Im still building mine i hope to be on the trails soon. another local guy started his early in the season. Im just having fun with the build alone. i know the ride will be a blast.
