Top end is about 45mph.

The pulley ration is 1:1, but that is deceiving because we geared up the transmissions with custom final drive gears.

Have not done a chase video, but we did do a chase to find top end.

I've used the phone GPS to verify top speeds. 44-45mph on 4 of them, 25-30 on the RER.
