ok so alot has happened to the motorized bike

made a hub for the sprocket

start of engine mount

engine mounted

exhaust and gas tank mounted

all i have to do now is make gaurds and do throttle and fuel lines

Im curious as to how your ex-pedal jackshaft works.

If you kep the pedals on, youre only a few lights away from registering it as a moped.

Smoke is good, its a 2 stroke Smile and yea still to loud. But loud = safe. People hear you coming with noise.

Not like those electric cars and scooters getting popular now, they are lethal.

We made our own mufflers on big RC 2 strokes, General rule of thumb, the diameter of the outlet hole, will be made using say 3/16 drillbit in several holes.

So say its a 20mm hole, then you can block it off and drill 10, 2mm holes. Then it wont destroy the tuned pipe. but give a muffled sound.
