If you run those tires you should flip them backwards (reverse tread) and see witch way works best. Sounds funny but I've seen big improvement before.

They would both work well,

Good open blocks pretty much self cleaning if you can spin them fast enough.

The taller tire will dig deeper and get your tractor through deeper crap.

if they both hold air, and have decent tread, the you can't go wrong either way. Like Copperhed mentioned, a taller tire is the only real way to "lift" your mower, and get more distance between your transaxle and the ground.
Bigger tires will also make it go a little faster, and will be more stressful on the trans, but you tires look narrow, which is perfect.... I never liked wide tires.. they just float and spin on the top of the mud.
Narrow tires dig down to solid ground. Look at the big ass farm tractors... Tall, narrow tires... those things rarely get stuck.

Yeah turfs dont do good.
I use like 24x6x13s inch tires for mine tall and skinny.

The outer ones have a better v tread and are taller so I'd go with the outers
