ya i like the hight too. when im riding it is very comfortable and i took a sharp turn at 25mph and it took it nicely.

I wouldn't do more than 25 on anything that hasn't had a fabricated front axle/steering geometry changed.....Ill give you a link to my Facebook page for my mower projects...The only full build so far is my racer.. may give you some ideas.

i upgraded the steering so its all adjustable and i'll change it if needed.

painted the under side of the fenders with bedliner

painted the fenders to match the hood

putting the fenders back on

taking the front end off

locked and lowered the front end an inch

4 inch curb and 1 inch off the ground, so the frame only has a 3 inch flex.

what kind of travtor is it?

the frame was a 2001 craftsman LT1000
the hood is off a older White tractor
and the fenders came off a 1990's craftsman

got the rear end off to start the tear down

1 shifting fork all there

and there is 1 half of the other shifting fork

a broken shifting fork and a retainer ring

cleaned it up alittle and ordered the parts

engine pulley upgrade from 5 1/2 inch to 9 inch

I double that. And I'm going to run a 5 1/2" front 4" rear so I want to know if it will be to fast.

im guessing it will be going around 40mph to 45mph
there is no such thing as to fast
and i got a 6 speed trany so it wont be to over powering

ya man im gonna slowly get faster and faster till the point were ill call it quits but im gonna start with this and see how it goes.
im going 25mph now and its fun but when you hit top speed it made it not as fun.

Yeah I saw that vid... I was thinking from the angle and distance about 25-30 myself

I should be able to test my machine out in the next few days. I am hoping for a minimum of 30... but the pulley ratios may kill that. We shall see - I have others if I must lol

ordered a new gear!
hopefully i dont have to rebuild it again after this
