| Well i started mounting all the lights. leds went on the rear fender, modifying the stock wiring kit was easy. Re-assembling front bug lamps and hooking them up. Wire passing thru the light post Controll pannel has new members Bug lamps frying everything in sight. Even snow Just bug lamps on Leds and bug lamps on | |

But ill have to disconnect a wire every time i remove the hood and ill smash em when i roll, and thats happened oone to many times lol
I meant like mount them on the frame like they are but behind the hood instead of in front of it. | |

| I bought this at the junkyard from a jacobsen. RAGB F-N-R tranny. kinda a secret plan for this thing as a spring project. On a side note, i think i found a 633 or something like that axle with 3 bolt hubs on it. cast iron-maybe. Will they work on my 820? they have set scres so it doesnt slide back and fourth. Id need a puller to bring to the junkyard, maybe they will come off. | |

| I think the transaxle I pilfered off a lawnchief at the scrap yard is an 820. A 3 speed... I got it for a spare incase the one under the craftsman decides to die. | |

| Interesting. That's a neat little transmission! I didn't realize it had dual outputs. Are the locked or Diff'd? | |

| The 633 you found is probably a 1200 like mine, usesthe same spider gears as the 820. Take the wheels off and pound on the back side of the hub and it will some off.. either it will come off or the axle will come with it like one of mine did

| 820 almost together. Not in a rush but glad not to have parts everywhere. Now plain and simple, im making a winch for my tractor. the foote was a perfect subject for this. Very small and everything checks out in it. Its going to have its own belt system and run off the engine. Have its own clutch to engage and dis engage. then the chain off it to the axle or jackshaft i made that will hold the spool drum. This was the speed mowers original axle. Cut the end of the axle off and fought the sized axle bushing. Got if off with a bfh. Bazinga! everything apart. obviously need to trim the axle when i figure out mounting points. Here's moc up. Tranny and jack-shaft will be moved forward a little. Probally moving lights, no biggie. just everything set on there. Original grease zerks works friggin amazing, and i cleaned the axle a little and greased everything and they work flawlessly! I think these will work great concitering the drum will rarely be moving compared to stock. | |
