Ha, I'd advise not to get one. Probably would make my life a lot easier if I started with a good mower I would of saves a lot of work but I think I learned more.

| Engine ran good at idle and if you eased on the throttle it would slowly throttle up. Throttle response was terrible, i didn't know why. Today i realized i was covering a air vent, this ones for the carb itself, the big one is for the fuel pump. Important. | |

They put stuff like that in such weird spots sometimes. Some tecumseh carbs need the air cleaner screws in to use the fuel primer.

Yup, axle mounts, axle, shifter redux, and clutch re-do. I modified the hell out of the front, might as well move to the back lol

| If it was mine, id try and do a new seat, the mtd fat man chair i mentioned before, 2 pedals, a clutch, a brake and a throttle on your setup would be cool. Use another identical clutch pedal as your clutch and flip it around, you could effectivly make a stick shift tractor lol
like lets say heres your tractor (clutch).................................(brake)..(gas pedal)

| if your already redoing so much, raise the rear up so it sits level red, i think it will look better, and it would give room for slightly bigger tires

| Bout the petals-no. I love the setup now. I can break, gas it, steer it, and clutch. I do need to find a new seat, and NO, I don't want that big seat lol. Big seats on tractors just ruin the look in my opinion. I might move the hight of the axle, but I don't know. Bigger tires will hit my footboards and bumper. I could probably run 23's but that's all she wrote. | |

No, thats what happens when your frame is cracked and all the pressure is on the axle, the tractor has been through 16 roll overs, pulled many mowers out of the woods (remember, its all up hill on the way out where we romp..)

People crack those axles in half so much. usually with stock turf tires, unlocked. Heres just one picture off hand of a buddies axle on fb.
