92mph? My new Project, Racing mower! Craftsman / Jonsered LT12

Made a slotted hole for the Steering wheel, and man Stainless Steel is tough to work with.







First mock up with front hydraulic brakes and hubs from the mini ATV,







And no parts yesterday, so Monday then...

And that 820 is larger than I thought, I might need to flip it upside down...






Also got drawn and designed many parts today, (with some help) now I need to get them cut in the waterjet.
Spacers for the front, Motor mount plate and jackshaft support, Gas/Brake pedals, Exhaust flanges, Suspension angler, Gearshift plate with short shift slots.





So to flip or not to flip? That is the question...

Its looks good with the motor in it.
I like the appozed its clean.

man all that waterjet, computer software is junk. Throw it out. throw it out in my garage maybe? XD Looks great! I agree, you mught need to flip it, and put some spacers between the axle and the frame. love the oppy too.

No idea, guess ill keep it the normal way, and just raise it abit.

Thanks, and yea it does look fairly new, tho its 10years +++

I didnt get to do much today, I cut the rear frame to make the 820 fit snuggly "inside the frame", the black is a template for the actual gearbox mount.

Finally decided on ride height, well gearbox placement.

and ran out of disc space when doing the video update.













And the waterjet got a bad bearing today, so its out of order - just my luck. Might have to rip out the plasma cutter
