| I have a few sets of golf karts rims - i like em for the ease of changing and can have at least two sets - one for 'street' and one for offroading - down here the rims are cheep enough , most come with old tires on them - only thing is youll need hub adapters to mount them. | |

| Might take some head scratching, but I'm sure it can be done. Be sure to get some with some decent amount of tread. | |

| I know a guy who has a 1946 CJ2A with a sickle bar mower on it. Talk about wicked cool. He's also got a farm plow attachment. | |

| I have seen the sickle bar on an old Wiilys before, the guy with that old jeep also had a loader attachment that looked like a rollcage. The loader hooked to the back and used the plow pump for hydralic power. The bucket was narrower than the jeep and did not have power tilt. | |

Early Jeeps were really meant as a replacement to the farm mule. They had the same track width as tractors and farm implements of the day. I've even seen them with a tow truck attachment and were marked to the small mom and pop garages to tow customers cars.

| That body doesnt seem to be wide enough to sit comfortably in ... its a cool idea tho.
Gauges for the tractor might be a bit hard - you could adapt a voltage guage , they have rpm guages - oil pressure wouldnt work unless the motor has an oil filter - most are splash motors.
Not sure how to wire a speedo tho.... unless its something from a bike maybe?

| Awesome. I thought about this today, and knew you did something like this. I'd do this if I had a lot of sheet metal and rod. Looks way cool. | |
