Updated the upper blue navigation bar.  Cleaned up the images.  Removed the hard to see icons.  Updated the NEW Message graphic so it is easier to see.

It's just a title that goes along with the number of posts you've made. Mine was "Veteran Member" before it was Moderator, I think. Though it's odd to me that you don't have the little tractors on your profile thingy like most everyone else does.
