Not avoiding the question, but it is very subjective as everyone has a different opinion. Real questions, Do you like it? Can you make it work if you do?

There is nothing wrong with big front tires, however it is in your best interest to A: Keep the frame level so the COG stays low, B: actually be able to turn them without breaking or bending steering components, and C: have them clear the frame and running boards while maintaining a turning radius that is better than the titanic.
In my experience, 21s are as big as you want to run with this width of frame.
Thanks guys i appreciate the help is there Any downsides other than steering? Also where would i be able to get a set of hubs to fit these rims and the stock spindle *IF* i use these big boys

@RichieRichOverdrive you know I'd like to see how that's going to work too Lol. I think I'll do rack and pinion it seems like the easiest choice. Although there's no avoiding the fact that it's going to have the steering radius of the Titanic but who needs to turn anyway

That steering radius is precisely why it hit the iceberg. Good thing you're in Texas. Shouldn't have to worry about icebergs.

we do have oak trees and I've been known to get a "close look" from time to time

They probably have iceberg lettuce, thats even worse, i think I’d rather have the ice with as hot as it is outside now
Rack and pinion probably be a pretty good setup. You dont have to worry about the tires hitting the body so you should be able to make it turn pretty tight.

We have more pine trees here in the "interior" than the coast where I'm from. Live oaks are dominant there. I've had a pretty close encounter with a pine tree, which may or may not explain the Ranger's green bed......
