Hey everyone, So my craftsman has the cast axle, I braced my hubs and drilled a lower hole in my sandwich plates for a lift. Then I put atv tires rims and hubs with old worn bearings, and i upgraded my center tie rod for adjustability. Ill provide pics of everything, I need ideas on what would cause death wobble sometimes when I corner a little fast, or hit a bump my front end almost looses control Craftsman Getting death wobble 2429134702 and it starts to act like a jeep. Craftsman Getting death wobble 1098998679 this is mainly on pavement but ive had the issue offroad as well everything is tight exept theres a small bit of slop in the steering gears. this all started when i put the atv wheels on. which btw are from an eton atv and are AWESOME!

How fast we talking?  Bearings could be out of round or even the tires.  Could be a number of a couple things.

Looseness causes death wobble. If you can wobble your front axle front to back at all that will cause it. Make sure your front axle pivot bolt is snug. Slop in the steering doesn’t help. Also, try toeing your wheels in some, that can help.
