I am building a c81 wheel horse, putting a 670cc with original transmission, but welded diff. Will be uploading all the build videos as well to our YouTube channel/Mowers Gone WILD. I will update here often as well, glad to be part of the form and build off.

Ok I been making a lot of progress, I will need to learn the best practices for this forum, being I video almost everything and very little pictures.
So the 670cc is mounted on my custom mounts I welded to the rails.
Made a custom rod to make clutch and brake work on a single pedal, so i can use the right pedal for a throttle.
I have put Sun F 24"s in the rear, and Bear Claw 22"s in the front.
I plan to run original front end and spindles, they are 3/4", I bought 4x4 pattern hubs, with insert bearings that I ordered 3/4" bearings for. They are seeming like they will work great!
I had to customize my rims I had from another build to work with the 4x4 pattern as they were 4x110mm. I welded a big washer in the center, and drilled the current hole pattern. I seem to get everything very close to true.
Now learning I need to move the motor back farther towards the console, being the tires rub the very side corner by the flywheel, I believe moving motor back 3" will clear all my troubles. Been a real process, So much more I have done. I will do my best to create more write ups as I go. I am posting weekly or close to on our youtube, if you want full length videos as well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIv33FDuPWc&list=PL5f899v9cpIW1t20mHLLbME-K9mAo1kW7

I used to just screenshot my videos for easy pics. Works pretty well if you catch a clear frame. Also I completely eyeballed the hubs I made for the 4x110 wheels on the front of Mutt. Like, had a rim setting on the bolts on the hub and spun it to see it was half ass true and just welded it solid. Worked great!
Sorry I missed my goal of within 30 days updating, I will do a more in-depth update later this week.
I got the motor all the way back now, this was to give the clearance needed for the 22" tires in the front, and the big turning ratios the wheel horse has. The wiring is all setup with the new panel I got off amazon to make this a toggle and push button start.
The front wheels are very close to being ready to go, I need to still tack and weld the washers to the rim, as that will keep the rim true. As the last post I used Go Power Sports hubs for the front, and had to customize the rims I had.
The exhaust I knew would be tricky, but I think I got it worked out, Matt and I looked it over, and I did all the fab and welding last night. The slip on muffler will be in today, but the header and collector is welded and good to go.
I also made some much needed changes to the clutch setup, Charle Horse the wheel horse, had a great video on youtube, I took some advice and points he made. Then made my own setup, hopefully it will be pretty dialed in right away. I make full length videos for anyone wanting to see the progress in video form, I will take more screen grabs and write up some of the finer details, but that is the nut shell of the last month. It will be running and driving by end of the month, mark my words haha, doesnt mean it will be 100% but much closer and can find weak points to improve on!
