So, I have been using my impact with the hole punching and beveling tool. I have found that my Bauer battery 3/8 impact seems to have more tightening power than my corded 1/2 impact. I found that interesting. It sure does get HOT on the socket side.

That could be why you stripped the bolt, I believe they were designed to be used manually like a puller or exhaust pipe expander. Always use oil on the threads (the thicker the better) and at the most maybe a cordless drill on low gear.
Picked up a Lawn Ranger baby wheel horse from one of the eastern KY guys at GER! Has a 212 and is pulley swapped, it’s an awesome little wheelie machine!
Hey fellas. Been a minute, random rabbit trail of the internet reminded me of this site. Been a couple 3 or 6 years?.......... Saw @MightyRaze asking about me awhile back in the '22 thread and figured id leave a lil note. Down to only two mowers that are sole lawn duty types of machines, a old murray for the grass and then a john deere 318 that is torn down right now for an engine overhaul?/ replace. Changed jobs, got married, moved to town, bought a house outside of town with a real shop to work in verses a gravel pad, having a kid next month... New hobby is mountain biking somehow, mower modifying skills turned into working on more vehicle repair, and now I have one of my three jobs as a part time bike shop mechanic. I now have the inclination to pick this back up. Has been very interesting to read my old threads and see how my skills have progressed/regressed and how terrible my welds used to look. Site looks like its been well taken care of Mighty!

BIGGASMOWERS! Man congrats on the Marriage and Kid on the way! I remember seeing one of your old machines on the marketplace quite a while back now. You don't need to have a mow-chine to be a member. Expertise is always welcome too!
Hope to see you around more! Well, here pretty soon probably a lot less.

So, I brought up the question that I remember the Sears store having or selling a RED version of the square nose lawn tractor a while back. Well, I think I may have my answer and it was RIGHT HERE ON ATLTF to a thread I replied to just 3 years ago.
I think I am thinking of the Sears sold, COMPANION. They used the same font for it as Craftsman.
You kept digging eh @MightyRaze, must've been getting to you!? Lol.
Not a tractor but I know there's plenty of people here with gas tanks for brains that might like to see this...
After a couple years of being ignored and now that I've cleared some projects from my list I'm finally going to dive back into this and see if I can't find the source of the new and pesky vibration that made me park it before something gives and causes damage. She wasn't pretty when I bought it and it ain't pretty now but she's definitely a beast that'll make you hang on for dear life...my 1990 Suzuki LT250R!
Back in 2019...
...and today.
The vibration started winter of 2021, last summer I found that the thrust bearing for the clutch pressure plate blew up and destroyed the plate so I replaced them hoping for the best but nope! Lol. This past winter I bought a clutch basket and the holding tool so I can check/replace the bearing and bushing for it if needed and put the new clutch basket on while I'm in there. I'm hoping it's the issue because if not the most likely next culprit is that the crank bearings spun in the case and that's not going to be a cheap fix...
Anyhoo just wanted to show you guys what I'm up to, feels weird not getting any tractor work done lately but there are a couple tractor things that need doing soon!
Thats a cool atv @Brianator! That must be a 250cc 2 stroke right?
Also I have 2 random questions. From looking at OLD posts I see a user call Webmaster. Some called it Fearless. As in FearlessFront? And if that is so, why is he called Webmaster? Not sure if those questions should be answered and if not leave em unanswered!
And 2. Last I check the BO rules stated only general-purpose engines like LT and GT engines and Like Honda clones and such. Is there as reson it specifies? Like why is it against the rules to use an atv engine? Not arguing just was wondering.

Webmaster. That account "was" Fearlessfront. He originally established ATLTF back in 2010. Fearlessfront stepped away from the site and was eventually handed over to @Doug. Doug renamed the webmaster account as it is the "founding" account to Webmaster as to not confuse people going forward that Fearlessfront was still an active member of the site.
Random 2.
We actually allowed it last year just for giggles but no one took advantage of it. Honestly, I think it was a rule to help level the competition a little bit. It was a pretty strongly contested rule from day 1, so we kept it.
