This is the huskee and i got it for free in 2020 and this is its progress.






And last weekend I changed the rotting rear tires and added a rack and a tool box.





What do you guys think I Should do next?

Ok everyone i need some help, I have the classic murry thing that my steering gears are stripped out and have know steering. What do i do?

First, not everyone is familiar with the steering gears on that model Huskee.  Can you shoot us a few pics and then we can maybe move from there?

Yes this is what it looks like. The little gear is the on that is just a round circle now

Well everyone, i've done some digging around and found a rack and pinion off of an old sxs. Anyone have any ideas on retrofitting that into the huskee here?

I've used the rack from a yerf dog on a couple builds.

well i think this weekend is the weekend, im finally ripping into the old girl. i'm most likely to build some type of solid axle 3 link suspension. About time to stop dealing with the murray steering bs

I was on the a arm thread and did some reading up on bump steer that was pretty useful

Finally got some pictures and some more work done. Waxed the paint and added a 12 volt cigerette light port to charge my phone or use a worklight. Nest i think will be the pully swap sice im needing new belt anyway.
