Yeah, some models came with a steering transaxle stock. We're all waiting for dangeroustoys to put one in the front of one of his tractors and make a 4wd tractor.

Itll be a while - im swamped with too many other things to do. I first thought of a big GT craftsman 4x4 - using all 4 rear wheels on it - thatll have to wait because i dont have a large twin to power it -id planned on a 3 speed hi/low trans out of a 69 wheelhorse up front with special fabbed hubs to steer it - altho i have considered making a 4x4 out of my agway - using a similar setup to a rear steer noma (just on the front) - rear wheels wouldnt steer- would have to fabricate some sort of extended levers to shift it tho.

Itd be possible to do a 4 wheel steer '4 wheel drive' tractor - it actually couldnt be a 'true' 4x4 - otherwise it wouldnt steer, unless some sort of locking setup could be used that can be locked and unlocked as needed.
