1997 sears Craftsman I/C gold 13.5 Hp manual

I've been searching for a while for the tractors owner manual for a while now and cant seem to find one online, I see them for similar but not exact matches.

well i have the exact tractor you do so id need it too but my motors been swapped to a 12.5

ya, it seems the 13.5 is kinda rare sadly, cant find much on it, the 12.5 is everywhere, is the only difference the motor? or is the frame and stuff slightly different, mine is green too, not many are green most are grey or repainted

mines gray but been repainted and also i had the same model lt1000 hydro with the thumb hood and round dash dark green. got pics of your craftsman?

I dont have a picture of mine because I dont have a phone and I'm using my school computer, this is almost the exact same. This is the only one that has the same grill too, most come back towards the driver as it goes down, mine goes out

well heck, I just realized this one is a 13.5 hp, sadly all it is is a youtube video not a manual.

Its such a reliable tractor, isnt it, my grandpa bought it new, they were made for 1.5 acres... he lived on 5 and used it until 2017 on it, then he moved and had 3 acres and used for a year, then he bought a new one and its been a work horse ever since, rolling the yard grating the drive way hauling rocks and brush it just wont die

Just wondering, did the stock tranny give you problems shifting out of nuetral into a gear and you have to almost kick the shifter to get it in gear? I know its not a broke reverse chain blocking movement because i have reverse.
EDIT: also I have no breaks, one day i started it up and realized the brakes are gone, does it just need adjustment or new brakes?

mines stupidly reliable ive beat the snot out of mine i drive it hard too not even offroad just hauin balls down alleys and jumping off gravel piles lol it needed repairs but starts every single time happily i even blew the factory spicer and stuck a foote in it and its fine. also yes transmission issues those spicers fill with water and you have to remove the shifter balls and springs and split the case the shifter inside the case is rusted and blocking shifting

motor oil and lucas ball bearing grease or motor oil and marine grease will fix the issue as well bt you gotta clean the old rusty grease out

ah, makes sense. I go mudding a lot, bottoms out often and go through shallow parts of ponds, hit jumps get my friends standing on the back so it pops wheelies driving through fields hitting all the bumps from the plowed field, been rolled a few times, yet it starts every time and rarley needs work lol.

so what do i do about the brakes?

the brakes i dont have any either the pads are worn you just tighten the nut on the brake caliper arm

would that be by the transmission or inside or by the wheels? i havent had to really do anything back there besides a pully swap so im not sure whats what

so, I was informed that i have the original manual at my grandparents, i will try and make a copy of it and turn it into a google doc or somthing like that, If it comes down to it i will make a copy of the whole thing and mail it to you
