Cool man! I have never heard of a breather made like that, good to know! And whatever works for a fuel pump is fine lol. I am the king of making anything from anything work on anything, its cheaper and people are more impressed lol. I use car and truck parts on mowers, and mower parts on cars. Laughing Hell I even used an old VCR for sheet metal for bodywork on an old truck. I also used a mower hood on the same truck lol. Wherever that truck is now I bet the cab floor still says "Craftsman" lol

yea man just like us! times r tough and if you can do it for free why not right? haha and the breather is actually made by briggs and stratton its for models of a tractor that used my motor that needed a fuel pump. it can be used on pretty much any flat head.

See, I don't think I've ever seen a L-head with a fuel pump. Only twins. Weird. That is cool, again, good to know lol

Should be able to just bolt a regular automotive breather right onto the side of a tractor motor- only reason baffles are there is to keep oil inside the motor - if a breather was 'gutted' and a plumbing elbow installed ( they have chrome ones for water pipes to sinks) , then a automotive valve cover breather installed - it should work just the same.

Its probably a good idea to run a pump with the tank at the back , might have fuel starvation issues on inclines.

yea exactly i dont think fuel would even make it to the carb without a pump

The snowmobile fuel pump should work fine - same theory as a remote pump - heck my GT6000 has one that looks just like the one off my old arctic cat eltigre - one on my GTII is huge compared to it.

I like the detail youre putting into the tractor- it sets it off nice - like the trim around the stack opening in the hood .

Nice work.

I wish my monster mower would have turned out as good as this one did Mine had way too many problems, it was getting better after I worked on it a little bit but the rearend had no bolt hole in the input shaft so there was no way of keeping the pully from going up on the shaft, so the pully would always come off, but I rode it through the thing we have called the tater run where all of the tractor people around go on like a 5 or 6 mile tractor ride and it actually stayed working pretty good through that, but then the keyway fell out so I couldn't keep going, but I made it like 4 out of the 5 or 6 miles which isn't bad considering It was really rough terrain

Thats not a Tractor! I would call that the ultimate off road tractor other than no 4x4! You really done a great job, it looks professional and mean.

Have you thought of maybe posting a link to the ad if people want to know more about how it was built and more pictures? It might make the sale go quicker.
