Tractor parts, steals, deals, etc

I know that lots of us on here, myself included, operate on a tight budget. I thought that it would be helpful to have a thread where if you found a good price on parts, whole tractors, etc. We can share them back and forth and everybody benefits a bit.

I hear ya... I'm looking for a good deal on a Murray Widebody for parts.  Found one free today with an Ironman paintjob.  Was a few minutes late.

I hear ya. I found an old 80s something craftsman 10/36 nearby for $50. Me being the slow son of a gun that I am, I got ready to put in an inquiry and found out it was sold…

And I was going to finally build a hot rod this time.

Oh well, I have something else that I am looking at… cause I need another project like I need a hole in the head.

i love the 98 murray wide bodys i dont like the way they look very much but the frames are amazing i have adapted mine to have a old murray body on it and im ganna slam it nd make a drift mower out of it

Here’s one. The Briggs oil filters are overpriced junk, and this filter has more filter surface and is the same length. I seen that at lowes the craftsman socket sets are on sale. $13 buys you a 3/8 drive set for backup use or to keep in the toolbox on your rig for trail use. Or more tools cause who doesn't like more tools lol

might have to grab one of them tool kits, also im even cheaper who needs oil changes when your motor burns it for you! Jk it just leaks oil like crazy i replaced the headgasket once and now the oil burning stopped but every gasket still leaks and i dont care enough to replace them i just put garbage used oil in it. i found fancy billet wheel hubs that are 4on 4 and 4 on 4.10 bolt hubs on ec carburators

@Rustbucket Garage cool that's a good deal considering it's a craftsman and the fact that you can get it warranted if you can find a sears that's in business.

cool! I haven't been to a lowes in a while may have to go check that out, I have a few cracked/ broken craftsman sockets
