Sears ss16 rally edition

Got a new project to start on missed this place glad too be back on here

Nice Sears. I recently got one as well as am building one for a friend, same model. I had never messed with them before, they definitely have a lot of potential. They aren't very comfortable to me, though. Don't know what it is.

They feel a little stiff I have this one too but I think I'll just restore it

Got some work done needs a little more still

Tires on would like new wider shorter tires but this is what I got lol

haven't really had time yet second shift and all always just feel like sleeping ,I will have something soon but I did mess up today was goin to pully swap the rear but I dident realize it was a tapered shaft until I had already cut up the old pully that was stuck on now I'm lost.

maybe find a new one on evilbay?

Digging threw some old pullys found me a tapered one in an old bucket glad no one in my family ever throws out anything lol now I need to weld the center into a 5 inch pully and I'm locked and ready also my seat fell off but I fixed it 420cc predator running great !

Locked pully swapped and ready to go back together

Got some meats for the back she's ready to go now

ya almost full lock I built spacers hubs to move them out a bit and widen the stance
