Awesome paint on the hood!!

Can you get some better pics of the hood? Would like a better look at the paint job. Maybe tell how you did it.

this is a real simple paint job !! 1st you paint primary color and let it dry 2nd tape off the area you now want to paint and lay down a HEAVY coat of the next color 3rd with out stopping from 2nd color lay down the 3rd color and let set for 5 min . after that grab a plastic page and just start dabbing it on the wet paint and keep going until you get the desired look you want

well i got the chance last week to get the FXT racer out for a quick rip !! im very impressed on how it handles and my steering refab worked just like i thought it would , handles like its on rails !! i did get my catch can and tach hooked up , adjusted the breaks and found a temp battery box for testing . as you will see and hear it performs well so far and still have more things to work out but so far so good !!
 

this is the road i test my rigs on , as i was thinking the low oil sensor kept shutting down the engine . i did not delete it yet because i want to break in the engine and get some seat time in it . i will say this - im in love with this rig and cant wait until its time to race !!

You mentioned finishing quick for racing season.  Is your entry complete or are you going to continue tweaking until end of competition?

Builds that have no update since creation, or several months no update will go into a "Build Probation" folder for not following the rules.

Builds still in this folder at the end of the build-off will automatically be deemed "Disqualified!" To have your build removed from the Probation, you will need to petition the Admin Team to have it taken back out no later than 30 days before competition end.
