I am trying to find out if I have enough clearance after I get my air cleaner installed, if not im gonna put a plate there and find a strip light or something...

here is my dash, cigarette lighter and everything else, just having trouble finding a switch to fit in the last opening....

Been a tough two weeks since last update, we had a death of an immediate family member which stopped everything... Got back out last night and started up my wiring.... not gonna be allot of it to do, till I get to actually try to fire it up.

thanks all....

I am fully wired up tonight, tractor cranks, I will try to drive/start it tomorrow and see what happens.. my decals are done for the most part.....

I painted the fender trim black, I am finishing the air cleaner assembly, and have to drill and mount the seat. If i have time i will get a light if not i have a headlight cover that I will throw on.

Very sharp!  What did you use as fender trim?

Those ags on all four corners are sick.

Build-Off is in the final 20 days!  Good Luck!

That is factory fender trim, it was originally chrome, but I painted it flat black, did flat black on all the decals etc. I worked on my air cleaner housing a little bit more. I was too busy today to drive it but I will try this week!!

Thanks I was out last night, I got the engine turning over and my wiring appears to be good. 18 days to basically bolt my seat down & fabricate this air cleaner set up. Will be tight with what I got going on but Ill figure a way to squeeze it in.

had a few problems but finally driving under its own power!!!! awesome machine so far....

was running it around today and it is doing ok, first time I really ran the motor and the carb needs some work but it is pretty fun to drive.....

only strange thing on the wheel horse the clutch/brake is not connected to the transaxle pulley, so you have to push the clutch in and kind of wait for the belt to stop spinning until you can shift into gear.... The transaxle pulley is a giant cast iron piece.

She looks awesome! Great work!

Just waiting for my headlight panel, then pick a sunny day to take some pics and videos..... Drives a little nicer than my other little wheel horses because it has more weight up front, kind of smooths out the ride.

This. Looks. So. CLEAN! I love it, I apologize if you’ve stated in your thread but I’m going to ask what paint/color did you use? It almost looks like a satin finish I’m really digging it

I used rustoleum IH red, with a satin clear, the glossy clear was giving too much variation.

There is some guy online that makes these headlight plates, so I picked one up.....waiting for my tail light & Ill hopefully be shooting video this weekend....

Ok here are my final pictures, the tractor is up and running great, it is allot of fun to drive with the big engine and little tractor..... Build is done, this is it!!!!

kind of, a over the top fluff and buff, a mini mud tractor, call it what you want...but it was allot more work than I originally planned.....  Its a really nice tractor to bomb around with and it is fun as hell..... I didn't enter to think that I would win, so win or lose its more about the motivation to keep building.......I know only a few people are gonna vote so......

I will find another tractor for next year probably a cub cadet this time, to keep me motivated...
