| Some years back, solar energy systems where a luxury which only the rich could afford. Now, the recent recession has brought about huge price reductions within the solar industry and government has opted to offer a great deal of assistance when people choose to introduce solar power for homes. So now, it's possible that almost anybody can afford to go solar. We all know the benefits of having solar power for homes and we are all aware of the costs of buying them, but still not too many people are fully aware of the massive savings that can be made by using solar power for homes. A little bit of researching into the wide range of local government incentives will make you realize that solar power systems are affordable. To know about the various systems available in the market and their prices, you can consult a Solar paower victoria Company near you. Solar power and the photovoltaic solar panels are generally trouble-free. The most popular type of solar power installation involves mounting rooftop solar panels. They can be mounted without needing to obtain any permits from your local government. These photovoltaic panels won't harm your roof or any of your existing plumbing and heating infrastructure. Once they have been installed and they are up and running, the only thing required to properly maintain your solar power system is an occasional clearing of the leaves away followed by a swift wash down with a soapy sponge. There are a number of good quality manuals online to assist you in this, so even without any extensive experience, you should still be able to easily maintain your solar panels easily. | |

2 reasons for getting solar/ wind power 1. save the planet good for you but it wont change much if only a few do it. it has to be large scale to have any effect 2. save money initial costs are high as hell and upkeep will cost you a bunch too I have read about people spending over $200,000 to be "off the grid" spread that out over 10 years, you are paying 3X what your electric bill would be and your system will be worn out (and outdated) and need replaced.
we have had a week of 95+ temps around here with 2-3 mph wind in the afternoon. a small wind turbine wont run your AC on that. covering your roof with big black solar panels will add heat to the house not cool it |
