yeah man, seat mount and springs are done....

Got my pillow block bearings today for the dump bed.....

quick mock up of a rear fender, what do you think, with our without?

Using a fender will keep the mud etc. off the bed...

Oh yeah, definitely digging the look of those fenders on the back there, gives it a real cool look. I vote yes!

I like the fenders. You gonna build boxes to go beside the seat there where the fenders would normally go? That would have a ton of storage for ratchet straps, drinks, chains, spare gas, and still have the bed for the actual load

Definite with for me too. I love the look.

Something similar, I am going to build a running boards both sides to make it easier to get on and off, and I will be able to store stuff on top of it closer back towards the rear fender.


So Ill probably keep the fender I like the look of it too, probably cut it back a bit more.

The fender looks great. She looks naked without it.

Cut the template for the shifter cover panel thing.... I have some thin gauge steel or a piece of 1/4" plexi i could put there... Think I might just use the plexi and paint it with the black bedliner like everything else......

IDK plexi really likes to crack

Just be advised, moving the pivot further backwards will make it harder to dump manually. If the bed actually comes out that far from the frame, it would be a bit easier at the corner of the frame of the tractor, but I did notice your tires extend back further from the frame. hmm...

Yeah I know, but yeah I need the bed to clear the tires when it is open, if the pivot is to much further forward it will hit before there is a steep enough angle to dump. This picture gives you a more realistic idea of where the pivot would be.....

I mean it will bottom out and hit the tires when it is fully open but that is ok....



I really don't plan on putting huge loads of crap in it, but you never know, the bed is very little.

I'd say if you can't lift the bed when it's fully loaded, you've overloaded it.

made this panel, cut some tabs for mounting it, will cross that off the list later hopefully.

Panel came out great!  Looks like a good place to mount a cupholder too.

This tractor is coming on great! The front panel turned out nice.

cutting some metal, painting my bed.....

Took it for a ride today, still peels out pretty good with all the metal on, I think it has to do with the wheel base. It does U turns pretty good, it does plow into turns, but it works... I think I am gonna stick with skinny tall tires when I get them..

The last pic looks like one of those dirt track dragsters, pretty cool. Maybe as a backup for the dump bed, have a scissor jack under the bed with a hand crank coming out the side. For a really heavy load.

Ha I know it does kind of look like that, since it has such a long wheel base there is no chance of doing a wheelie, so it just peels out when you nail the throttle.

the jack idea is really smart, dont hook up the top, that way you can dump manually most of the time and just use the jack to help get the load moving on a real big load
