Shipping help from US to ....

Howdy.
When i look at items on ebay and Amazon, there is some good stuff BUT(T) when i type in that i need them shipped to Estonia, then the shipping is over the top...not real prices.
So, my question is, can someone maybe help me order something, cause, in the US the shipping is many times free. So to send it to Estonia, it takes some of your time and everything else, im willing to pay as charged.
For instance - i need this kit - ebay..../Briggs-Stratton-495868-Engine-Gasket-Set-Replaces-491856-394501-393278-/321117648218 - the shipping is 40$ - camoon...with a thicker envelope it costs maybe 3-6 bucks...
