Yeah and with the double bevel gears and no reverse chain from the mst that used to be on the murray ,and being doc locked it might hold up ( hopefully) The mst gears are like twice as beefy as the stock 930 gears are.

It lives again! right now it only has shift before you go cause i havent rigged up the shifter yet but the tranny seems to do ok, it is a bit stiff but should free up after some riding. tires do well , one leaks so i need to tube it. The axle is a solid one with some of docs ideas but its more improved than his early design. Made some heavy duty tranny braces that should not break

Yeah i have wanted to put on a skid plate. The three link is working great, but not having ridden the murray for a couple weeks and having the craftsman running now i never realized how ruff and noisy it is.

I think the big front tires on your LT4000 help with ride quality a lot too. There's a lot of rubber there to soak up bumps and they look frickin cool too.

Yeah we still work our off-roaders on a regular basis at the farm. Usually pulling gravity wagons, digging up the ground with a harrow, hauling scrap or timber away, fun stuff like that haha.
