Well my little brother drives this tractor when we romp and if he's not comfortable with a fast tractor why would I speed it up?

I think not. So what if I don't pulley swap all of my tractors, can't I just build my own tractors my own way? It'd be different if I claimed I had the best tractors of all and I could beat anyone's rig, but I've never ever said anything of the sort nor will I because it's simply not true. I'm just trying to have a good time........

Thanks man. They should be, there's a good amount of bracing on the inside of the grille to prevent them from bending inwards. Ony time will tell haha.

I finally got around to mounting the bumper on the little Ford today.

I just welded little tabs on the bumper and bolted it to that piece of 1/2" steel on the front of the tractor





A bit of flat black paint.



Then I kinda decided I don't like the look of the ends being bent back like that, so I just cut 'em down.



Looks much better now!

I love the ford. Those tall coil-overs give it some character. What engine does it have again? What did you use as the bumper? they almost look like handlebars.

They probably are handlebars, giving me ideas for NellyBelle....
Those are massive shocks, what kind of car did they come off of?

Thanks, haha she does look pretty pissed off. It has a 16hp Briggs opposed twin. Also yeah, they are bicycle handlebars flipped upsidedown and modified a bit.

I'm not sure what the coilovers are off of, but I don't think they came off a car. They almost looks like maybe long travel four-wheeler coilovers? I'm not sure. They are the perfect weight rating for the little Ford though.

Must be some expensive wheeler.

They could be a off a double coilover motorcycle like my Yamaha but they look a bit big.

Well I think I kinda took over this build from my brother hahaha, but we've actually starting another rig for him and it's gonna be built pretty much from the frame up so we can build it to his likings.

So in that case I think I'm gonna speed the Ford up a bit, add a foot throttle, couple grab bars on the fenders, stuff like that. Also I gotta brace up my radius arms a bit cuz I don't really trust them to be honest, shouldn't be too hard to strengthen 'em up though. It's gonna be like my little dirt racing rally machine sort of. Not gonna be anything crazy, but still should be pretty neat!
