This is the craftsman from my earlier post (my first post) and was going to be 2017 build off tractor but I couldn't wait I had nothing going on and couldn't help myself. So hear we are

I cut a pice of another frame ( original engine mount for 24hp engine in am using) and extending the front out two feet.

Engine and hood mock ups nothing bolted yet still need to extend steering arm and weld frame brace also need a name for this tractor what do you guys think?

Got the steering arm cut so I can extend it and I have put another set of bolts In the frame brace before I weld it. Also got a close up of this huge transaxle any one know what model this is ?

From my understanding, if it is an H pattern shifter with hi-low, it is a peerless/roper 633. If it doesn't have hi-low, it is a peerless 2300. I think the 633 is an aluminum case and the 2300 is cast iron.

Nice build. I got that same tractor with a 22hp Kohler, thing is a monster. Was given to me with all the attachments, deck and plow blade. The extra room up front for a winch?

Ya I'm thinking of adding a winch brush gard and skid plate . I would also like to get some atv tires and add a foot throttle.

Got it running and tires mounted wiring buckled down and a new choke lever installed

Looks nice. Not thought of a throttle lever for a choke? Tires look good too.

Thanks i have to patch the left tire it split when we put the tube in and the throttle lever for the joke works really good

Thanks It was a last minute thing it wouldn't start and we noticed the choke cable was gone so I grabbed the next closest thing

My ol' Case 444 is like that. One lever for choke, one for throttle. Works pretty good.

The more I think about it, the more I like it. HAHA! Still like the small amount of real-estate a pull out takes. I have that same throttle lever in a bucket should I need to do that in the future! :-)
