Ok so last year I built a half-assed craftsman gator. It ran and drove, but the shift linkage wasn't right and it wasn't the best and I gave it to my brother who promptly ripped the engine out of it and it has been sitting in the driveway since. It had a 40 foot turning radius in one direction and a 15 foot radius in the other because of a custom steering box. This one will have dual simplicity 3 speed transaxles, both from similar models so they are exactly the same. I'm going to try to make it look as mint as possible, so I'm going to build a bed out of steel, and try not to mess with the rest much.
had to get the wheels off and trade them for 23x10x12 from the 20x10x10 that someone welded on the axles

I got the wheels swapped, had to cut the other one to pieces and use a hydraulic ram to spread the hub so it would come off. I completely destroyed it, cut it with the sawzall. But its off and the axle was not damaged, and the new wheels are on. Now I'm going to start working on the design of the extension and bed, and the shift linkage for the H pattern 3 speed.
