| Well here is my entry. I hope I can stay focused. LOL It a older JD180 I going to put JD110 round fenders on it, narrow front with a old axle tube. I have a Jacobsen grille but I think it will be to narrow. Also may use a JD110 hood. Pan seat gonna try to use old eliptical machine feet rest as the floor board I seen the idea on another build.

| The two front wheels in the center is nice. Think someone tried that last year but cant remember who it was. Reminds me of those John Deere tractors from the 50's with the twin wheels in the middle and the steering shaft up over the bonnet. | |

| Thanks. I hope I can pull it off. I never done anything like it. If you look in the background you can see my JD160 racing mower chasis sitting back there. 4" off the ground, I have had it on back burner forever. I may try to finish it as I finish this one as a side project. | |

| Thanks. I seen a pic of that tractor before I think. I like it.I didn't get jack done this week end. The brake caliper bolts snapped in the housing. Tried drilling bolts but I think they hardened. I have brand new bits an it aint touching em hardly. I tried heating with a torch but didnt wanna melt housing. So been online looking at other option's. I think I am gonna try like a go cart or pocket bike disc brake on it now. I have a friend with a junk yard so gonna rummage through it. Also need a JD 111 dash I think that is the dash route I am gonna go. | |

| Thanks they bout kicked my butt. got to get them to powder coater soon. I wanted to chrome em but think i just powder coating. The spacing is pretty much factory. Used a plasma cutter to cut the center out an rested the new centers on the old lip. I am pretty satisfied with the dish depth. | |

| Yeah, I'm very familiar with shift keys. I have ground them down, and they don't seem to last as long as replacements, but it does work for a while. My problem is I grind them down too much and there is a very thin part left. | |

| if you are easy on it, it will be fine. But me, I'm running 25" atv tires on a peerless 930 trans with 3/4 axles and popping the clutch and holding weight of about 500 lbs of trailer on a hill does those keys in.... | |

| LOL yea I won't be doing any of that. But my racing mower is another story. That one I will hammer on way more. once I ever get it done. I am thinking about cutting the frame on this one now. From back to front it is more narrow. Once it gets by the pedals it really widen's out. I starting to not like that so may narrow the front. It'll fit my grille I have better also. | |
