Here's a video of my Suburban 15 running, i honestly cant tell if this is the exhaust, valves, or just normal engine noise. Maybe some of you more experienced fellas can tell what it is.

yeh im with mr.modified but idk if its a complete rod knock im thinking one of the bolts that hold the rod in are lose and tapping the walls of the motor. my friends motor did that
I put a screwdriver over the cover to the valve springs, and i can hear it ticking clear as day. did the same all around the block and didnt hear anything. im just gonna take swap the engine from the SS14 over for now until i can look at the 15. If it's valves, its gonna be a pain to try and find some new ones. I hope its some minor thing. I really dont remember it doing it when i went to pick them up, i think it started doing it after i changed the oil. Used regular 30 weight like i always do.
