| I am working on my build and I started with the pulley swap and the shaft came out with my pulley. I am assuming that wasn't supposed to happen but being an amateur with these I want sure what I was looking at to get out back together. I was going to try and attach a picture but I guess I need to read how to do that on this forum. It is a Spicer / DANA transmission out of a 2004 murray | |

| there is a snap ring that broke.. youre going to have to open it up, find the broken bits and replace the snap ring. no big deal really, just make sure you get all the bits out.. that could go badly if there is some left in there

WORD!!! Man, I cringed when I read that the shaft had come out with the pulley. Don't even spin the tires until you get it apart and make sure there are no broken parts inside. | |

| Thanks! I got it all tore apart the other night and pulled out all the pieces with a magnet. I picked up a new clamp last night and hopefully I will get it all back together by the weekend. | |
