anybody know em? What is the deal with the black plastic screw thing on the side too? Does that require a special tool?

Turn needles in all the way till they gently seat. *GENTLY*. Now, back out 1.5 turns. Start engine, warm up, and fine tune. Got a carb pic? I've seen so many dang carbs in the last couple weeks, I wanna be sure about the screw before commenting...

If i remember right.. the plastic screw is idle... not sure tho.
