| Alright guys I know today strikes a chord for some of you that had granddads and great uncles and so on from that greatest of generations. I just wanted to see if anyone else got to hear the stories from the war and salute the brave peoples that fought.
My great uncle was in the pacific during WWII saw some nasty stuff that kept him up at night but my favorite story is when he stole a harley davidson from the motor pool and took it for a ride he laid it on its side but its cool to think about that sweet ass od green harley!

| i have had family members in every major american conflict since the Civil War (unless we go farther back and i never was told) I had many family members who fought in WWII, ill have to find out if any were at D-Day. I plan on serving my country when able aswell. I know many people have no idea about today and its sad and dissapointing. | |

You remind me of Lt. Dan... But seriously, is too bad that some people don't learn about stuff.
