"stock" Murray GT

I bought this tractor couple months ago, for 50 bucks, was told the rear end is locked up, was partly true, it had a frozen brake, took off the brakes now its fine

Mods: 25in rear ATV tires(chains and weights are stock), 18 tires on the front off a JD 111, starter and carb off a 16hp twin I have cuz the carb needs to be cleaned, and it needs a starter.
