got it together and driving! using the stock pulley on the engine it had way less belt slip but the belt would fall off when i pushed the clutch in. it was a little slow anyways, so i flipped the stack pulley upside down and used the 5 1/2" pulley. the clutch has so much throw that i didn't need a new belt! it still falls off, but not as bad as before. this may stay a puller because with an 8" on the tranny and the 5.5" on the engine the belt doesn't slip much and it is alreddy set up for pulling.

goes about 11mph.

getting it reddy for the pull on saturday! got it mostly up to weight and trying to figure out a few last minut things.

worked great at the pull! the first time i ever ran out of power, usally the belt slips. got rid of the mtd cluch, soved all my problems. now i need to build up the kawisaki, so i'm thinking about a cam and smog pump supercharger. if anyone has any tips, that would be great. it allreddy has the govener removed, and no air filter.
