Saw this at the junkyard last weekend.  First I laughed at it for possibly being the worst candidate for off-roading, but I was then quite perplexed by the rotating gear drive for the drive wheel.  Anyone know anymore about these things?  Interesting to note the PTO for the blades is via normal output shaft but the flywheel side transfers power to the drive wheel.  Funky...
