| I was mowing the lawn today with a push mower which is self propelled once I had finished mowing I stopped had a seat and a drink thinking wish I could use the ride on for this but my lawn is to small for one but to big to be walking up and down so it then came to me what if I bolted the chair straight to the mower deck fitted some steering and what would I have. so I done some testing this afternoon and come up with a result yes it would pull me with the standered drive I found tis out by placing a lawn tractor seat on top of the engine folded the handle down so it was in reach started the thing and away I went at a considerable walking pace which is all you need to mow the lawn to be honest so that's set I have the mower have some steel to construct a frame for a seat have a seat have a steering coulum from a lawn tractor which when to the scrap so work will commence this weekend just one problem I would like to keep the front so I can adjust the height at which it sits so that's going to be quit some fabercating but that's about it really the mower I will be using is a mountfield powerdrive 42 cm cut with a 4.5 hp Honda engine post pics very soon. | |

| Going to need bigger tires so you don't sink in the yard, with the extra weight. | |

semi-pneumatic or fully pneumatic would be cool, and it would give a little suspension too. | |

| Work will commence at the weekend and as this is a budget build every thing is going to be fabricated from SCRAP. All used parts from other sorry projects want to keep the wheels adjustable so will be keeping the original wheels until one falls of which will happene at some point but till then. | |
