I got a new toy

I picked up one of these today



Runs on carb cleaner. Non-STock 12 hp OHV techumseh, Peerless 751 6 speed, e start and pull and suspended seat

Original Trelleborg Tires in good shape, Deck is rusted out, but I can put a blade or broom on the front.

There is also room for a part time four wheel drive, if I can find the right transaxle

Considering the state of the mower deck, it won't be cutting any grass, but I don't see it as an off roader either, not with out 4x4

Got it running sorta, with the main needle way out of spec. I'll have to go through the carb again. it ran long enough for me to run through the gears. I got all 6 speeds.

I figure I might mount a spare MTD deck on it to get some use out of it.

I like it, looks sweet

definitely not a good off roader, turns to fast and too unstable. In 6 gear it will turn a 24" circle, scary at low engine speeds, it would be tricky any faster.
