| Hey guys, I want to get a peerless 700 transmission for my monster mower build. But as I look online, I see some with output sprockets, and some without. I also see some with spined output shafts. I guess you can get spined sprockets for them, right? and are there different model designs that I should be aware of? I want to have a pulley on the input shaft, and a sprocket on the output shaft. I want to use it to run my rear axle. Thanks | |

| Just flatten one side and then stick a bit of key stock in and use the retaining bolt on the pulley and youll be set.
Thats how I did it when I pulley swapped my FNR in anyway. Should work for you. Head Forum Administrator ** Chat Moderator ** Facebook Page AdminATLTF Facebook Page ** Chatbox ** How To Upload Pictures

Thats how I did it when I pulley swapped my FNR in anyway. Should work for you. Great idea! I have a built up 700 series that somehow lost it's sprocket ( I think thieves - people try stealing my goodies all the time around here) I was going to try an experiment with it and couldn't figure out how to get a non-splined sprocket onto it. Now I know Thanks! |
