Iv'e got this beater craftsman ive had i blew the motor in it after doing numerous wheelies and bypassing the governor ive got a 4-6 horsepower motor im going to put on it and im going to pulley swap it. Here is what ive done to it today
Glad i didnt throw the deck away Im building Wheelie Bars!
Deck Wheels and Pieces of an old basketball goal
Found some conical washers in my parts pin that almost match the pipe
Bent the old washers a little bit in the vise to make them fit inside the pipe
Pushed the tractor into my shed.
Finished The Wheelie Bar
Lockable Foot Peddle
Im sure you are wondering how the lockable foot peddle works here are a few pics that kinda explain it
On the lever there are little teeth shown in the pic below
Then there is a little button that moves in and out with a spring on it when its in it locks into the teeth on the lever when its out the lever moves back on forth see picture below... my fingers are on the button

ya i almost flipped mine too. i was lucky i had my rear push bar that stoped the tractor from falling on me. i built a wheelie bar so i can get a good take off the line.
what is that hand break looking thing from?

that looks sweet. i have never needed a wheelie bar on account of the fact my tractor cant do wheelies. but i did have a tug of war accient where i pulled too hard and ended up looking at the sky. my rear fender was all bent to crap and still is to this day. my first bit of body damage happenes in my driveway not on the trail which was sad for me.
and what is that gas pedal made of. it lookss nice a beefy and almost unbreakable
Its the hand brake from a stroller that was laying around its made out of plastic but its very high quality plastic, the screw hole lined up with existing holes on the tractor so it was a win win.
