Looks good. Im wondering on finished weight when this is done compared to my racer. Probably half as much LOL

Looks very nice. Clean and professionally done. You don't see too many people taking the time to make stuff up like this. Exhaust looks cool how that muffler is tucked underneath.

Thanks, yea me too. the Peerless 820 alone is probably heavier then your racer hah.

So I got the new Jackshaft and steering wheel mount cut in first plastic, then in steel, waiting for other parts now, but it all need to fit together so i need to wait for them, also found the spindles i need on ebay in alloy, might get those idk yet. And waiting for some new beefy but slim end joints for my steering.

This need some fab work, It would be easy if i moved the shifter out of the chainguards center, but what would be the fun in that, also the battery is planned to be somewhere around there.

It takes alot longer to get this gearshifter and chain guard fitted and drawn in CAD and tested.

I had too make the actuall shift slot narrower, also put in a anti-Reverse lock, sortoff.

This will be Watercut and riveted in ss316 - Stainless Steel, Brushed type (Same as my dashboard). in about 3/16" or so.

This will be of std Stainless Steel, ss316 not Brushed, also will be about 1/4" thick and polished.

Thanks guys, Im gonna make a new way of supporting the Stainless Chainguard/ box and also guide for the chain.

Something like this, (This is just HALF of the support). This plastic, PE or delron is a very good plastic since it's very oily, so its often used as gliding or in guiding application's.

PTFE/ Teflon is many times used in error, since it's such a popular name nowadays.
